We want to see our customers happy. That's why we offer free exchanges. However, we have a few conditions that you must follow.

1. Exchanges must be made within 90 days from the order date.

2. You can only make one (1) exchange for FREE.

3. You CANNOT exchange USED hair or if the "golden ties" have been cut. No refunds will be issued for used hair and if the "golden ties" have been cut or removed.

We will only send out the new set once we receive the original back and can confirm the package hasn’t been opened. You can view the length, color and texture without opening the clear bag packaging.
